Version 1.7 of 8 Ball Smash is NOW AVAILABLE for download. This new version has some awesome new controls & views that will take your game to the next level. Keep reading to learn everything you need to know about this update!

ADJUST AIM WHILE APPLYING POWER

Have you ever wanted to adjust your aim while applying power? Now you can!

Just pull back the Power bar to apply power, and then adjust your aim. Once you've aligned your shot, you can fine tune your power and release to take your shot.

These controls are very handy when performing trick shots, where precision power & aim are essential.

These controls work in 2D, 3D, and 3D Zoom views.

SPIN & CUE ANGLE CONTROLS

We've also updated the Spin & Cue Angle control interface to be quicker and more intuitive, giving you more control than ever over how you hit the cue ball.

Did you know you can adjust either the Spin or Cue Angle setting in just one tap? Simply tap and hold on the Spin or Cue Angle buttons (found at the bottom of your screen) to open the control interface. While holding, move your finger anywhere on the screen to make your adjustments.

Once you are done, release your finger and your setting will save. It's that simple!

3D ZOOM ON COMBO BALL

3D Zoom on a Combo Ball is a game changer! This new view makes executing combo shots a breeze.

First, you will need a cue ball with a long Combo Line. When the Target Ball Line touches a secondary ball (combo ball), you can tap on the secondary ball to enter the 3D Zoom view. Once in 3D Zoom, you can align the secondary ball to the pocket and shoot. Or you can tap anywhere to return to your previous view and take your shot.

These new controls work in both 2D & 3D views.

3D ZOOM ON KICK SHOTS

3D Zoom on Kick Shots is another powerful tool to help you get out of a sticky situation.

First, you will need a cue ball with a long Kick Line. When the Kick Line touches another ball, you can tap anywhere to enter the 3D Zoom view. Now you can align the ball to the pocket and shoot. Or you can tap anywhere to return to your previous view and take your shot.

These new controls work in both 2D & 3D views.
